Architect

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Architect to join our Turin-based team as part of our staff expansion. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in preparing graphic documents, cost estimates, project accounting, and providing support to the Project Manager (D.L.) for building and energy-related design projects.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Architecture (registration with the Architects’ Association is a plus)
  • Italian C2 (English B2 is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Allplan/Revit (knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Unreal Engine, Blender is a plus)
  • Competence in computational design (considered a plus)
  • Good knowledge of construction sector regulations and standards
  • Full-time availability, ability to work independently, strong professional responsibility, good teamwork skills, flexibility, and adaptability depending on workload
  • Collaboration under freelance contract (P.IVA)
Responsibilities
  • Final and executive design in building, structural, and plant engineering, preferably in public projects but also private
  • Preparation of public design tenders and international competitions
  • Preparation of graphic documents, cost estimates, project accounting, support to the Project Manager for public and private works, preparation of technical reports for variations in public and private projects in building/energy/plant/structural sectors

Engineer

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical and/or Energy Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Italian C2 (English B2 is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in Logical, TERMOLOG, EPIX software
  • Knowledge of Allplan/Revit is preferred
  • Good knowledge of construction sector regulations and standards
  • Full-time availability, ability to work independently, strong professional responsibility, good teamwork skills, flexibility, and adaptability depending on workload
  • Collaboration under freelance contract (P.IVA)
Responsibilities
  • Design of HVAC, air-handling, fire protection, thermal, and plumbing systems using BIM methodology
  • Energy modeling with Logical, TERMOLOG, EPIX, or similar software, preparation of reports according to Italian Law 10/91, and completion of documentation for Conto Termico 2.0 (GSE and ENEA)
