For over ten years, the ASA Studio team has been leading integrated projects in new construction and the restoration of listed buildings, using a multidisciplinary approach. BIM is used to ensure coordination, quality and cost control. Each project is designed to be functional, sustainable and durable, with tailor-made solutions for every scale of intervention.

ASA Studio coordinates and supervises construction, structural, road and plant engineering works with an experienced and organised technical team. The experience gained in complex construction sites, both public and private, allows us to guarantee quality execution, safety and compliance with deadlines and regulations. We also offer support in the administrative and contractual phases, assisting the client in the technical management of the work.

Using a systematic approach, ASA Studio designs mechanical, water, electrical and specialised systems to create comfortable, safe and efficient environments. From air conditioning systems to home automation and photovoltaics, each solution is calibrated to reduce consumption, simplify maintenance and maximise energy efficiency. The studio favours a strategy aimed at reducing energy demand by adopting high-efficiency technologies and integrating renewable sources.

With consolidated experience in the design of structural works, water and sewerage networks and road infrastructure, ASA Studio manages complex projects, works management and testing. It deals with seismic retrofitting, reinforcement, consolidation and modern structures using advanced technologies, working alongside public bodies, companies and private operators with specialised technical consultancy and supporting activities such as tenders, feasibility studies, specifications, assessments and technical appraisals, in both the public and private sectors.

ASA Studio deals with topographical surveys, subdivisions, cadastral maps, land registry entries and cadastral variations, offering comprehensive technical support for building, infrastructure and urban planning projects. Using state-of-the-art equipment and precise methods, it guarantees reliable results that comply with current regulations.

The studio carries out the roles of Safety Coordinator during the Design Phase (CSP) and during the Construction Phase (CSE), ensuring compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 and the effective management of safety on construction sites.
Technical and operational support is provided for the verification of regulatory documentation, assisting clients and contractors throughout all stages of the construction process.

Thanks to the integration of artificial intelligence, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), the studio creates immersive digital environments to explore spaces, refine designs and create advanced simulations, offering new perspectives on architectural design and project presentation.
