The Final and Executive project aims to reorganize and enhance the outdoor terrace area and to design a new barrier-free system for vertical and horizontal circulation, connecting the parking level to the terrace level. The pedestrian walkway runs along the side facing the parking area reserved for CSI users, extending approximately 30 meters, and is supported by a metal framework.
The roofed sections are not limited to the connecting ramp but also cover the internal side walkway of the terrace and the main staircase leading to the building. In addition to the installation of canopies, the project includes the redevelopment of the terrace through the creation of an extensive green roof, as well as pedestrian paths and areas paved with highly permeable materials to facilitate proper rainwater drainage.
A rainwater collection system for the entire terrace has been incorporated. Lighting has been planned with bollard lights for the terrace and dual-emission spotlights for the walkway canopies, taking environmental considerations into account to minimize light pollution.
