The firm designed a private in-ground swimming pool, integrated within a residential lot. The project involved the installation of a new underground volume measuring 8 x 4 meters, positioned in compliance with minimum setback requirements and without altering traffic flow or the existing built profile.
The pool basin was constructed using the ISOBLOK system, a permanent EPS formwork that reduced construction time and ensured thermal continuity throughout the structure. The internal finish is made of heat-welded PVC membrane, while the filtration and recirculation system was integrated into the pool edge, featuring inspectable devices and corrosion-resistant components.
The project maintained strong coherence with the designated land use (CR2 – new residential development) and complied with all hygiene, health, and sustainability regulations.
