The project involves the development of the Technical and Economic Feasibility Study for a new Emergency Logistics Hub located on the outskirts of Alpignano. The design approach focused on fundamental aspects aimed at ensuring user well-being.
The new Emergency Hub will consist of two two-story buildings, housing the services of the Volunteer Emergency Association, the Fire Department, and Civil Protection. The buildings are designed to allow users to easily navigate and utilize the spaces, both internally and externally, supporting smooth interactions and functional arrangements.
Despite the need for internal roads and parking, the exterior will feature substantial green areas harmoniously integrated with the lot’s layout. The chosen technological and utility solutions will ensure the building’s self-sufficiency, aligning the project with nZEB construction standards.
